Last year I bought a scale that measures your weight, body fat, water, and bone density. I try not to get obsessive with checking, and took about a month off from stepping on the scale. I'm a 6'2 male, and as of the other day, my official numbers(done in the early morning with very light clothes on), read as 173.6 pounds, 17.4 body fat, 60.2 H20, and 8.5 bone density. There's an indicator bar on the scale that shows you if something is high or normal and it keeps saying that the 8.5 bone density is high/bad. Is that a reading that I should worry about? Thanks for any help.
