I am 5' 3" and weigh 110 lbs, I have lost about 15 lbs recently. I definitely want to tone up in my thigh and butt area....lots of cellulite and a bit of sagging skin. I just started taking a spin class 2 x a week each class is 60 mins. and body pump class (les Mills strength training class) 3 x a week, also 60 mins. each. Will this be enough for me to lose the cellulite in my problem areas and tone my butt and thighs?
