How does one overcome low self esteem that often goes hand in hand with obesity?

Do you have a good network of supporters for your weight loss?

or are you going it alone? just curious.
Some people have family and friends who cheerlead them from day one, others are surrounded by people who either enable their weight issues, or don't care.

Use the motivation of wanting better self esteem to help drive you to lose weight. If you want something, go get it. It's not going to get handed to you. So, just use your desire to find better self esteem to help you lose weight.

When you lose weight, you'll feel much better about yourself. It sounds simple, but there's really no other way to help yourself.
