How do you work your traps?

I see many people saying to add traps to workouts but what is the best way to work those? Also what are good mornings?

If u do you back workout with exercises like "bent over rows", you get like every single muscle in your back worked out including your med traps, lower traps... watever. But you workout your upper traps separately. and the only way to do that is by SHRUGS. Hold a barbell or level or gripless shrug and DO IT.uppper traps make you feel SO JACKED. I love it. I worked it out today.

Good mornings workout your hamstrings. There are bent knee good mornings, straight leg good mornings... watever. They workout your erector spinae and mostly your hams.
 
I do shrugs with the bar, dumbells, and that thing that you step in and have weight on either side...yea that works traps good too, have no idea what it's called though:D
 
He wasn't saying good mornings work your traps, he was asking about them separately as their own entities.

Yeah, shrugs are good, but you don't have to only do shrugs. Some barbell upright rows will also hit the traps, and your upper traps are the stabilizers. Same thing with dumbell lateral raises, your upper traps are gonna be the stabilizers.
