Nope not a personality test - I tried to find one.. but was unsuccessful...

How do you like your eggs prepared?


I'm a sunnyside up kinda gal... with the yolks still really runny so when I poke it - it gets everything yellowy... :D (a friendof mine will tell the story of how they were out to breakfast with me one morning, and i wasnt paying attention and I ordered my eggs, sunnyside up - rare... :D

Scrambled is good too - still soft though- I hate them when they are tough..
 
Soft scrambled eggs sprinkled with just a tiny amount of asagio cheese, salt, & pepper...with toast.
 
hmmmm... sunny up or over easy. cooked past that and whats the point lol...

Edit: family says soft scrambled aint bad either lol. Come to think of it I havent had them cooked in a way I didnt like.
 
I pretty much love eggs done any way, but my favorite is scrambled with half and half, and dill. MMMMMMMMM
 
Over very easy is my fav. Just so when the toast infringes on that delicate white skin, an eruption of yummy yellow yolk explodes onto the plate.
 
I used to eat a omelette in a toasted sandwich bread and put cheese in it. Now I just have an eggwhite omelette in toast, the omelette has greenpeppers, tomatoes, onions and Indian masala in it(for spice)
 
^Fry in Pam (but get a very good non-stick frying pan) and substitute your eggs with Egg beaters, or Golden Eggceptions.
 
Hard boiled, chopped up on top of wholemeal toast... But now I think about it, I sense a little craving for soft poached eggs .... Yum.
 
Scrambled with some canadian bacon and 2% chedder cheese!
