Hey everyone!
I'm new here
Obesity runs in my family, and also alot of associated medical problems. I've always been the smallets one in my family, and valued healthy eating and exercise, but lately I've taken a turn for the worst that I'm hopeing to correct!
I'm a jr in college, and it's not exactly easy to eat healthy when you have to eat in a college caf everyday. Along with that, and all the other pressures of living at school, I also started taking birth control pills which have also caused me to gain weight. Over the past year or so I've gained around 35 that I'm now hopeing to lose. My only problem is that I seem to have zero motiviation.
I go to bed telling myself that tomorrow will be the day I start eating better, and going to the gym. Then tomorrow comes and I have a paper to write, or have to work late, or am just to tired to even think of dragging myself to the gym.
So if anyone has any motivation tips that would be great!
