I need to do push-ups for my fitness testing at school. but i really suck at pushups....I can do like 11 and then I fall down...we're not allowed to fall down and then get back up.
But how do I get my arms stronger so I can do more pushups? And does anyone know how to jump reeaaaallllllly far for long jump?
