how do u make your chest buff and big

hey

i was watching prison break ( hell good show ) and noticed that one of the brothers in the show had a big chest which made him look really big and tough. I would really like to no how to get my chest big and strong.

Well Ofcourse cardio to lose any fat and diet to get fat down...Then you can do workouts such as

Bench Press
Push Ups
Dumb Bell Press
etc.
