One of my MAIN MAIN MAIN issues about gaining weight, is the fact that I THINK about food.. constantly.
Even as I'm typing this now.. I'm thinking about that soup that I wanna get in my fridge and eat, even though I know I just ate probably half a can of pringles in the last hour.

It's driving me INSANE!
How do I stop thinking about food? I mean... how can I just think about food when my stomach is actually growling? lol...
I think if I can get past that, I can probably lose weight easier. I eat at an uneccessary times... when I know I really shouldn't.
Does anyone have any tips on conquering this problem? The only one I can think of is to yell at yourself "OMG HAVE SOME SELF CONTROL!!!!!!" but that usually doesn't work and I end up raiding the fridge.
One of my good friends who did end up losing a ton of weight (probably around 50-60 lbs), told me to keep saying "Nothing feels as good as being thin." but... eh.. I don't really wanna be thin, I just want to be healthy. So. Hm. lol.
