Every time I do sit-ups, I always feel pain in my inner thighs. I think it's because of weak hip flexors, but I am not sure. I barely feel any fatigue in my abdominal. However, when I do crunches, I don't anchor my feet to the ground and I can indeed feel the burn in my abs.
I am really discouraged from doing sit-ups because of this pain and I would rather do crunches, however, I am required to do it for military physical fitness. Is there any way to get rid of thigh pain when doing sit-ups?
