I've seen all you're pics and I need some expert elp.
after having baby #2 I love the way my legs and hips look but it totally doesnt match my torso.
Pants will fit GREAT in the legs and hips and button too but there is massive muffin top/ love handles all around and I cant seem to shake it.
Can you guys help me with methods or exercise tecniques to be rid of this forever.
currently I 'm honestly not doing a great job on eating right..but will turn thataround asap. and I workout every other day for about 30 mins intense on a exercise bike then hop off and do 10 push ups, and 10 chest presses for 3 sets. then tricep extensions behind the head and staright up and 10 burpies (down to floor, hop legs out so in a plank, jump feet back to hands and junmp up) for 3 sets and then ab work - crunches on a gymnastics ball with 5 pound weight on chest for 30 reps and do some deltoid work in between to break it up. and then I have my husband stand at my head with me on the floor holding ankles and throw my straight legs to the left, right and middle for 10 of each...
what am I not doing????
