Does anyone out there have any tricks/tips as to how to get up and get moving? I'm often really tired after work and I'm hoping someone out there can share some knowledge...
Walking is a great start!Just take your dog or go for a walk
with a friend or children or headphone set!All these keep me
on the go my dog looks at me pittafull so I have to walk him
and I take my sone on a stroll through the neighborhood and
sometimes I take my 3 olders and the dog and walk the floodwall
(3miles)!So walking is good way to enjoy yourself and exersice.
