Hey there !!! I am gaining weight like anything.Weight gain is haunting me all the time. Last week my weight was 80 kgs and this week it has increased to 85. I do not have enough time to spend on exercises and other activities.It has become a major problem in my life. I really feel the need to use some kind of product or something which can actually require less time and at the same time lessen my body fat effectively.
 
Firstly, Change your Diet.
A combination of a healthy diet and workouts can help you to lose weight more than doing workouts with an unhealthy diet.
Avoid Sugar, Sweets Completely and also excess of salt in your Food.
Don't use too much oil in your Food.
Avoid eating Processed Food, Junk food, Deep-fries.
Sleep for 7-8 hours a day.
One important point is that drink plenty of water ( more in the morning and less during the night).
Have a cup of green tea/ginger tea/cinnamon tea before your morning workouts.
Avoid eating before 2 hours of going to bed.
