How do I lose my ass?

hi,
Im glad I found this forum because I have a big question.

How do I lose the fat in my ass?
I dont want to turn it into muscle, I want my nice flat ass back, rather than this thing that pokes out. I got it due to a new job which has plenty of food on offer and lack of exercise whilst working (I just sit all day).
I was wondering if there were any tips?
 
i'm pretty sure that i've seen a few posts with a similar question, so i will keep this brief. Firstly, if your butt seems to be the place that fat accumulates before it goes anywhere else, it may be quite a bit of work as the body tends to burn those places off last. But, most workouts that work your quads work your ass as they are connected ... stairs, inclined treadmill, lunges, and general cardio ... muscle burns fat, don't forget that, either .

but, i have a question for you. .. why would you want a flat ass, as opposed to a muscular one?

Thanks for the reply.
I dont want to simply turn the fat into muscle, therefore still possessing a big ass. I want to burn the fat off completely, leaving it flat like it used to be. If I can do this and go back to my nice flat ass, and if it turns out muscular then hey, thats a bonus;)

Would swimming be good to burn off the fat in my ass?
 
Your crazy!!!!!! Do you not realize that most men find bigger butts very pleasing to the eye? My suggestion to you would be to turn the fat into muscle...its the most attractive thing. Pancake asses are ugly if you ask me. There is no curve! Women are supposed to have curves.....not be shapeless! Do yourself a favor and tone it up...don't be a pancake ass!!!
 
thanks Amber... i was gonna say it that way too, but i didn't have the guts ... ;)

if u want a flat ass, then you have to stay away from too much work like stairs, hiking & maybe swimming because you will end up with a nice ... err, ummm .. a too muscular ass.
