Is it possible to lose 4Kilos within 1 months ? thats about 185lbs
If so what do I do ? what methods or foods should I eat ?

If somebody can help me i would appreciate it

Welcome:p
I don't think you can loose 185 pounds in a month
But a start, is to drink a lot of water.
Sorry I don't have time to look up the Kilos-vs-pounds
But I wish you the best of luck
(Can some one help?, I have to go to work)
Thanks

4 kilos is abut 9 pounds. I'm assuming you want to get down to 185 pounds? 9 pounds in a month is do-able, but is certainly on the high side. Start by drinking a lot of water (about 2 liters a day) and try to get some aerobic exercise 6 out of 7 days (start slow if you are not currently exercising). Eat lots of veggies, whole grains and lean protein. Include a small amount of healthy fat. Pick a calorie count that is healthy for your goal weight and stick to it. Do not go under 1200 calories a day. This MAY be the ticket to losing the weight, but you need to keep going at the end of the month, or the weight will come right back. Good luck!

Very possible and very doable

4 kgs is about 9 pounds. I lost 8 pounds (3.6 kg) in 10 days so 9 pounds in 1 month isn't that difficult. I have lost 35 pounds (15.9 kg) in 3 months and I have a pastor friend who lost 20 pounds (9 kg) in 23 days.

It depends on how you want to do it as there are several different ways including supplementing your diet, eating special foods, and old fashioned eating less and exercising more.

4 kilos is actually 8.8lbs. that's completely reasonable to try and lose within one month. if you're a relatively inactive person, a regular exercise routine and eating healthy will do the trick.

if you're already an active person who wants to shed this weight for an occasion, perhaps you shouldn't be worried about the number on the scale as much as toning. if you try pilates or some other core toning program, you'll likely find that you don't lose weight - because you're muscle mass is increasing.
