How do i add pics?

Hey, sorry if i've missed something silly or obvious but how to i add pics into a post from my computer?

I tried copy and paste but it just isnt happening
 
Manage attachments at the bottom after you click post reply. You'll see it. Then browse your computer for the pic. You got your avatar pic(if that's you), its the same deal.
