How Come I cant PM people?

Just that. It says minimum 5 message and 5 days membership. What does that mean? I want to PM someone and I can't. I can't even PM moderators, sorry I did not know is I could post this here!

it's just as it says - you cannot PM a member until you've been here for 5 days and have a minumum of 5 posts.
