how can yall stomach some of this stuff?

I can't eat oatmeal cooked but I can shove it down my throat dry easily enough, as long as I have a little milk or water to wash it down. "Dry" is a very accurate description.

i mix MUSTARD with my tuna, along with boiled egg whites and sometimes chopped up pickles! sooo good! there are even some very healthy honey mustards out there, but be very careful and look at the labels. i know salt is bad, but i can't eat plain tuna without a little bit, but usually the mustard has enough for me! (and it's calorie-free!). i can't stand cottage cheese either. I love lowfat yogurt though! :) or try adding feta cheese to your salads - its a "healthy" cheese.

there is nothing wrong with brussel sprouts. they're one of my personnal favs. i'm a veggie lover, theres nothing wrong with that.

I like all veggies, but i'm not a cucumber or squash fan...but I will have squash sometimes. Brussel sprouts are the shizzle!

I prefer my old fashioned oatmeal cooked, splenda, and a bit o cinnamon.

For tuna, only white albacore will do, chunk light is like eating cat food. I can eat it cold, but its good with brown rice and peas n' carrots. gotta limit it to 3 cans a week cuz of the mercury content though.
