I don't have enough money so that I can access on a gym and I also don't have enough time.
I have a television at home which I think can help me but I don't know how to utilize it.What can you say?

Here's one - For every hour TV you have to do 20 pushups and 20 lunges! Also, if you're watching TV you can't eat anything. Always stand when watching TV.

Really - people who watch less TV burn more calories, so other than making rules to keep you from eating while watching TV and making sure to burn more calories with your TV watching... the TV is not a great weight loss tool.

You could hook up a generator to your exercise bike, and have it power the TV, so you have to pedal while you are watching.

Well yeah, but you'd have to start it up sooner or later to see when the commercial was over! But it might lead you to look forward to the commercial breaks, lol.

I don't know if you have cable access or what kind you have, but there are tons of exercise workout shows on, but usually super early in the morning.

I live in Florida and have Brighthouse cable, and there is a channel with tons of workout and health/fitness shows, plus a "free on demand" channel with some more you can watch whenever you want, but you might not have that.

You can't afford a gym membership, but you can afford to pay for internet access? Ok.

Anyway, here's how you can utilize your TV to help you lose weight...

Turn on the Food Network. Watch it until one of Paula Deen's shows comes on. Sit there and stare at her for a while. Try and concentrate on the enigma that is her neck. Just pay attention to the way it moves; the way it sways like a loosely folded wet napkin. It'll make you so sick to your stomach that you'll end up vomitting eeeeeverywhere. In fact, it'll make you throw up so much that you'll probably lose a few pounds. Seriously, it's gross; she's gross. Just look...

Mission accomplished.

Wow, I can't believe I never noticed that before. I could never get past her "crazy eyes". Seriously, look at those eyes:

Pick the TV up over your head and do 30 squats.

But seriously, there are very cheap exercise bikes you can buy these days and you can just plop that thing right in front of your TV and sit on it instead of a couch.

I had one that cost like $40 and I used it until it broke 2 years later. It kept me in shape for the duration because I would just use it for hours every day while watching tv.

Is it me or does this question sound like something out a Health 101 textbook? I think we just got tricked into doing someone's homework for free.

Seriously? Walk, run, pick up something slightly heavy (soup cans, books, etc) and do arm curls, squats, lunges. All these things are totally free, no gym or equipment (or TV) needed. And hey, most of these can even be done while watching TV, if you are the type that can't go without it.

Hey leave paula deen alone! she makes some good ish

Lol but seriously I don't know how much TV can play a role in your weight loss...even if you work out while watching TV that will be super unproductive: you'll be focused on watching the tv rather than concentration on the best form for your crunches or lunges, or whatever

if you have cable use Fit-tv. and if you dont, go to your local library to rent out some work-out videos. they may be from the 80 or something but i dont think there was a lot of obese people in the 80's lol. i like watching the infomercials on weight-loss programs. turn on the tv to a music channel like vh1, mtv, cmt, and dance. i have charter so there are alot of on demand options for working out. but try not to use your tv at all. tell yourself that if you want to watch a show you have to walk first. or if you are sitting there channeling surfing because there is "nothing to watch" turn off the tv and do something constructive. whether its cleaning the house. taking a walk. but dont sit there and channel surf until something good comes on.
