I've been seriously trying over the past two years, fast walking, indoor exercises, swimming over the summer, it wasn't enough. I clearly need to run as well and I just can't do it, after short distances my legs get overexerted. I was hoping they would improve over this time, not in the least. I was unfit as a teenager as well but I could run so much easier back then, I don't know I managed to deteriorate like this.
