how can I pass the time??

Hi, Im doing Weight Watchers. I like the diet and so far I have lost 3lbs this week. The only problem I have at the moment is that sometimes i get the nibbles...im not even hungry...but....I just have to munch on something. What do you all do to distract you and keep yourself busy....any tips would be usefull. Mandie xx
 
take up a hobby - learn to knit, crochet, make jewelry, scrapbooking, make greeting cards, write in a journal
go for a walk
go have sex (alone or with someone else :D
read a book

basically do something other than sitting down and watching tv or something that will cause you to munch - :D

LoL that was too funny but true! I always hop on here that
kills a couple hours.I want to learn to make jewelry I have
ideals for ebay selling but gotta do my research! Plus if
you have Christmas presents to wrap that is a time killer
I spent 3 hours on Thursday and 1 hour 1/2 lastnight.

Yes, well sex does burn a lot of calories!

I recommend going for a walk, or getting on the forums here, or just tidying something up. I've not only lost weight so far, but have made my house a lot tidier since I'm not distracted by sitting around snacking. Also, I watch about 1-4 hours of TV a week, so I have more time for other things.
