The age of my beloved is almost 50 years. She fast everyday from 12pm to 6am in the morning. She has been doing it for more than 8 long years because of the religious thought she belongs to. But for the last couple of days I noticed that she has become comparatively weak for which I am so worried about. Please suggest the best diet will help her healthier inspite of she continues fasting like that.
