How can I get this butt?

Ok as a 34 yr old mother of two toddlers I am sick of being 56 kilos as most of it is on my stomach and my face. I used to always be 45 -48 kilos with no stomach but obviously after having kids I still look pregnant. (I am only 150cm tall). I have recently changed my diet of coffee all day (about 5-6) down to 2 coffees and now include just eating vegetable salads. Oh and occasionally I force myself to eat a boiled egg. I would really love to know how I can get the butt in this photo ().
I would also like to know what exercises I need to do? Ie - lunges everyday or squats up against the wall?
It seems once I let myself go whilst being pregnant I lost my butt and its flat and my stomach seems to have replaced my butt and I need to reverse this. I do understand this will take time but if anyone knows what exercises I need to do please let me know.
Oh and I also have backfat, if anyone can let me know a few exercises to tone my arms and remove the back fat I would really appreciate that also.

make the first part of your meal veggies, and make that part the largest.. . and avoid salt. u'll see results pretty fast.
 
Take your before photos, measurements and body fat.
Get yourself connected with a trainer who can do a couple sessions with you on how to use kettlebells (contact me if you need help with this because I work with kettlebells and know people around the country).
You want to do swings, deadlifts, squats and a few other exercises.
Moving weight around (and once you have the technique down) at speed will get you the fastest results.
Lots of water, protein and veggies. You can do it!
