* 1 hr. cardio (Hike on a 15% incline, at 4.0mph = 800 cal./4 miles)
I recently have gone back to the gym after having the flu for a month, my biggest question is my goal possible for my time frame?
P.S. I had anorexia for 4 years of my life, (12-16) now looking back I can't believe that was me, the decisions I made. I was in a rehibilitation center for 1 month and therapy after, it truely saved my life. I just want to make the RIGHT CHOICES and do things the HEALTHY WAY! 150lbs is the heaviest I've ever been, but so worth it because I'm not sick anymore.
Comments? Suggestions? Anything please
