How am I actually gaining weight???

OK, I am a 20 year old guy, and I do not know what my problem is. I have been working out 5 days a week and eating healthy for over 2 months now, I started off at 175, dropped all the way down to 162, now I have been in the 165-167 range for a few weeks straight.

Here is how I usually eat:
Breakfast - cheese omelet, made without milk
Lunch - Piece of chicken/beef/pork and a salad/broccoli and cheese
Snack - Sugar Free Jello, it has 10 Calories and 0 Carbs per serving
Dinner - Same as lunch, as my lunch is usually my dinner's warmed up

My workout schedule:
MWF - I run a mile on the treadmill at 6.5mph with the incline set at 4.5% (incline probably varies from treadmill to treadmill). I then work with the BowFlex (original version) and a 30 lb dumbell. I use 210 lbs with the Bowflex and do a set of 12 and a set of 8 of both the bench press and a fly press. I do a set of 12 and 8 with curls with both arms. Then I do the Ablounge workout for my abs.
Tues and Thurs and occasionally Saturday - I do 100 jumping jacks at a rapid pace, 15 curls of a 30lb dumbell per arm, 30 pushups, 30 situps, then the 8 minute TaeBo (original version). Immediately when that is done, I do everything once more, except curls are 10, pushups and situps are 20.

I am sure do drink plenty of water, I drink approximately 96 oz per day.

And when I am at work (I have a desk job), it requires me to walk atleast a mile per day throughout the day though.

So, if anyone can help me as to why the weight is coming back on, please let me know. Or if anyone has any reccommendations or tips to my routine or diet, then please let me know that as well. I know that I have gotten stronger, I can tell that by how much weight I am able to do, I really don't think I have put on 5 pounds of muscle. And I am just wandering what is going on.
And yes, I weigh the same time everytime I weigh, usually on Monday morning.

Please help me guys.
Thanks a lot, sorry for writing so much

hi, im no expert, but just wondered how many calories a day you are actually eating. it may not be enough, especially with all that exercise. there are calculators online which can help you work out your maintenance calories - try .. then try cutting back a little(say 500 cals a day) into a deficit and see what happens
also try inputting your daily food intake into . slim
