how about water therapy?

someone suggested that water therapy is really effective. it's like eating one meal a day then if you feel hunger, just drink water. is it safe?

not really. the body NEEDS food..nourishment. or things go downhill.

most people's problem is they eat calorically dense, but non-filling foods. so they get hungry fast, adn over eat often.

if you really stuck to whole foods vs processed foods, you'd find its easier to eat within your caloric goals.
 
Its depend whether the meal that you took is enough to give energy that your body need for the whole day...Most of the time that kind of therapy is not doing very well.Its better to take 5-6 meal everyday in small portion rather than 1 big meal a day, by doing this it can boost your metabolism up.
