My baby just turned 1 and it's time I focus on getting back into shape!

I plan to lose 20lbs by April 21st, that's 1.33lbs/ week. I'm running a half marathon in March and increasing my running (obviously), yoga (2x week), and need to add some strength training as well. And of course improving my diet.

go you!!, awesome about running a half marathon, iv offten thought about doing that too, perhaps that can be another goal for this year :)
