Hopefully on the right track!

Ok so about a month ago I ended a two year relationship, two weeks ago I looked in the mirror and realized that she loved me for who I was not how I looked (obviously) So I decided to change for myself. I went to Walmart bought a home gym, did some research online on some foods and a week ago I started eating 1800 calories a day, Cardio 5x a week, Full body workout 3x a week and I signed up for and logged everything. I started at 6'2" 294 Lbs. Well... I got a very good motivational kick when I stepped on the scale today... 287.5 Lbs, Six and a half pounds in one week. I know this won't happen every week but I think I'm on a good track to reach my goal of 250 by Christmas :)

Just be careful not to burn yourself out too quickly. Thats a pretty intense training schedule you have going there! Intense by my standards anyway...
