Hey everyone. Just got taped today. For those not in the Army it's when a overweight soldier like me gets measured for body fat. Anyway, I got taped and passed. The requirement was to be at the most 22% and I'm at 21%. If I lose another inch to my waist then I will be 20%. It's gonna be a bit hard but I'm working hard at it. 20lbs or .5 inch to lose. Of course it would be better to lose the 20lbs. Anyway, yea me.
