Hello everyone :D

Can I just start by saying I know how you feel those of you who are overweight.

I have so much more confidence in myself now..

I went from 24 stone down to 14 stone by follow this truly amazing guide:

I don't get this forum...if none is aloud to show what worked for them, how are we supposed to learn anything from them?? Can they PM us the links at least??
 
This forum favors healthy eating and exercise, not products that you have to buy. Most of the people who post links are just here to spam and try to sell a product to people.
 
I think if this forum allowed links to weight loss products to buy, it'd be overrun with spam so fast all of our heads would spin. And spammers are more than capable of making up a story about who they are, where they're from, even stealing pictures, and saying "it worked for me!"

People are free to mention whatever they used to lose weight. Once or twice. If you don't sell it, there is no need to link it. If somebody is interested enough, they will go and google it (or bing it, or yahoo it or whatever else, I've got no favourites).

People who's sole purpose of posting is ranting about a product will be considered spammers and run the risk of being banned. There is no need to keep going on about a certain product in every single post unless you're trying to push it.

i see.... guess they should explain personal experiences instead of posting links.. makes sense.... it just feels like such a tease when I have no idea what they are talking about! lol...... dang curiosity! ;)
