Can anyone tell me the nutritional content of lox? I love to make homeade lox (salmon that's been cured, or gravlox) and although it's salty, I am hoping that it's healthy. Does anyone know?

TIA, Nikki

Homemade would probably be less sodium than commerical lox.. but the calories in the salmon should be abouot the same -
