So im trying to get in shape before summer and gain some muscle and want my abs to look good with workouts at home and start running. Im currently 19 years old 150lb and im not that healthy. I ate fast food almost everyday iv stopped that and started eating healthy and stopped smoking.
I am looking for at home workouts to do i dont got weights exept these 5lb that are my moms but those wont build me any muscle there too light.
Right now iv been doing push ups and situps everyday. When i first started doing push ups i would only do 10 push ups thats all i could do but that was all at once, was never good with that now im at 30 everyday all at once. But should i be doing them in sets of 10 or just keep doing 30 all at once. Cause if i do them in sets i think i could do alot more. And with sit up i can do like 100 and again with those should i also do those in sets too. And how long should i wait between each set.
Also wat are some other at home workout to get my upperbody and abs looking good. And wat should i be eating if that would help.
