Home Gyming It

Hey all,

So while in Australia I had oodles of time to work out and do cardio, etc, basically keeping my body in tip-top shape. But coming back made me realize that making an effort to get out to the gym a consistent 3-4 times a week can be pretty hard to keep up, and I'm starting to see some negative effects of that (ie: less defined abs, smaller arms, more frequent injuries, getting bummed about all of it :p )

I'm on a bulking phase right now and I'm wondering if there are any good building exercises I can do at home, with an exercise ball and dumbells? Or is that mainly something to do at the gym, with lots of weights and a training buddy? If the latter is true, then what are some good "maintanence" exercises that are effective for home?
