Home Full Body Workout

Sad to say I don't have the luxury of the gym or many weights, but I was wondering if there is a way to do a full body workout with the dumbbells/free weights I do have.

Almost.
You will still need a bar to hang from. Unfortunatly gravity only works one way an so its pretty tricky to work your Lats (the muscle that pull your arms down) with any weights.

If you have a bench it will also be easyer.

with dumbbells you can so squats, lunges, step ups, crunches, twisting crunches, shoulder press, reverse woodchoppers, bench press and bent rows.

you absolutely can work your full body with the weights you have, you can even do it without the weights you have just by performing bodyweight exercises. Bodyweight exercises such as push ups, pull ups, pistol squats, etc can be performed daily, even if you are lifting weights or training with kettlebells. I'd say just try and get the volume(number of reps) of bodyweight exercises you do throughout the day as high as possible
