Home Exercise

I'm going to start to exercise at home and i'm 5'6 120 pounds, and 15 years old and i was wondering if i exercise on the weekend (2 days in a row) working on my Abs and Biceps so i'll be doing push-ups, curl-ups, etc. If i do it only two days a week for like 1 to 2 hours a day will that be effective?
 
Do a full-body:

Squat
Lunge
Deadlift
Push
Pull
Twist

For the last three, good choises are:

Push: bench press, shoulder press
Pull: Bent over row, pull-up
Twist: Crunch, reverse crunch

But don't do bench press and shoulder press on the same day.

Split it up and make it even
