holy crap help, hah

OK, i recenrly joind a local gym here in my town. I started to work out with one of my teachers from school, hes the soccer coach and a beast! hes about, 5'7 and maby 170( on a good day). ok, im 6'1 and 250 lbs and not in, the best of shape, but still "ok" strong. ok, im mainly going for weight loss but strength traning also. Heres my question....can any body give me any advice to keep up with this man? like, in the gym hes a hos and he just kills me the first 30 min.....is there anything i could change/add to my diet to give me like, better muscle endurance? or, yeah...hes just insane...
 
Judging from the differences in weight, your goals shouldn't be the same as his goals, thus you shouldn't be trying to "keep up" with him, because he's going in a direction that's not necessarily your direction. Find out your own goals and set plans to make them.
 
Exactly, I am sure that your goals are a lot different than one another. I would also like to see his routine - since he is a soccer coach, I am guessing he is emphasizing endurance and cardio a lot as well, which might vary from your goals.
