OK, i recenrly joind a local gym here in my town. I started to work out with one of my teachers from school, hes the soccer coach and a beast! hes about, 5'7 and maby 170( on a good day). ok, im 6'1 and 250 lbs and not in, the best of shape, but still "ok" strong. ok, im mainly going for weight loss but strength traning also. Heres my question....can any body give me any advice to keep up with this man? like, in the gym hes a hos and he just kills me the first 30 min.....is there anything i could change/add to my diet to give me like, better muscle endurance? or, yeah...hes just insane...
