Holla here's my intro....Going beyond the Dukan diet.....

Hi,
Yeah let me first introduce myself...I'm man..yeah not GAY!!! i'm straight and over weight.....It's always been a long and hard battle for me to go down to my ideal weight..My weight fight starts from childhood when i was around 15......Was fat really FAAAAT...all kids at college make fun of you, tease you, humiliate you, make you cry, make you hate your life and everything else and you got no girl friend none will lay eyes on you and because of this you neglect everything, studies, hygiene and general look.......It was really a traumatic phase....Then one day something snaps in me..(yeah there's a girl story behind it but it's another history..)I said STOOOOOOOOOOOP!!!!!!!! I DO NOT WANT TO BE FATTTTT ANYMORE!!!!!!! Started to eat only vegetables, fish and boiled chicken, lots of fruits and do 2 hours stationary bike in front of my favorite TV series or movies each day........And when school resumes after the holidays guys and girls could barely recognize me...i went from total looser to top coolest guy @ school in less than a day and it remained that way all through my studies......Now i'm married with a kid...:) but I can hardly kept my weight in check as I have a tendency to over eat yeah I love eating miam miam........last time I checked I was 100KG and started to worry about my health....fortunately for me, my wife while surfing the net came across THE DUKAN DIET and I decided to give it a try and BOOM!! in less than no time I loss about 15KGS without any exercise at all!!!! just eating what was recommended and that's all....i also started some weight lifting and girls hummmmmm I was looking really pumped and would miss not a single occasion to take my shirt off....so I followed the dukan diet to the letter and kept it up for about a year without taking a single gram.....but then I stopped all recommendation and started to go crazy about eating again and I quickly take weight and now I weight about 98kgs and climbing......i tried to go back to the DUKAN diet again but it fails my weight will not drop even after a month....so I've decided to do something about it I will try to find a way for me or a method to eat what I love and still be in shape.....While googling n the net I came across HIIT or PACE the 15 minutes exercise that will get you back in shape in no time and its promised to turn on the bodies natural fat burners on the way........

So here I am on this forum to both share my experiences and keep track of the new goal that I've fixed myself to....anyway I know it's not going to be easy but talking about if on the forum will surely ease things out....Follow me in this quest and feel free to join if you wish....:gnorsi:
