holidays in 2 weeks

Hi, i haven't been on here in a while, but anyway, i'm hoping to gain a little advice from the experts.

I'm going on holidays in 2 weeks and i was wondering if anyone had any tips on some exercises that i should do for the next two weeks to help make the most of a 2 week work out (not that it will make much of a difference, or could it?)

I'm 5ft 11, 13 stone, i work out about 4 times a week (mostly weight training). I have a good strict diet during the week but i tend to let loose during the weekend. (weekend = no exercise, alcohol & not the best of diets)

So my question is, is there any exercises that i could do to help make a difference over the next two weeks and please note i'l be giving up my weekend habits

What do you want to achieve in those two weeks?

Personally I'd recommend you invest more time in cardiovascular and fat burning routines. Afterall, it is easier to lose a pound of fat than gain a pound of muscle. If you take your cardio and diet seriously, you may be able to very well see some noticable changes in your physique, whereas the chances you'd see changes from a muscle building routine dramatically drop.

The reason for this is again; its easier to lose 1lb of fat than gain a pound of muscle. Muscle needs rest to grow. Depending on your routine intensity, the most you'd hit a single muscle group in 14 days is what, 4 times? In between that is rest days for growth. Muscle building takes time. Fat loss, with the greatest respect to muscle, takes much less time.

Ultimately its up to you. Good luck, whatever you choose to do.
