Hola!

Hey watsup everyone! I'm really bad at introductions so here goes.

I just thought it's about time I get fitness in my life, the flabs starting to catch up and we can't let that happen now can we?

The biggest problem for me is knowing how to start the weight loss and getting in shape. I've been doing as much research as I can but decided nothings better than asking people who really know what they're doing, right?

I'm gonna be posting around the forums and hopefully someone can aid in my cry for help, thank you very much.
