Newbie here......I've been lurking for a while but thought it was time to do an introduction...
My name is Juan, I'm 37 and leave in Memphis TN. I joined because I recently started to go working out and convert to a healthier lifestylie.
it's working wonders, I'm 6'1, and currently weighting 185 lbs. Started @ 204 on jan 12th. I also have lost a total of 4.5 inches around my waist.
While I know I must be doing something right, I have some questions that I will post on the appropriate forums.
