I would say hit the gym do some weights (Bench, Squats, Deadlits, OHP's, Rows) and some cardio then put your diet in order.

Cheers mate I will google them words up. I am trying to organise my diet now but I will miss my hungry jacks and mcdonalds haha.

Just look at the sticky in the weights section and the nutrition section. Definitely ditch McDonalds, junk food and "eat clean".

hmmm well should I try to lose weight or should I put muscle on.

I am 24 189cm and weigh 91kg the only fat part of me is my stomach lol.

IMO, before you do anything else, get your posture looked at. You have too much of a curve in the lower portion of your spine which suggests you slouch a lot when you sit down and probably sit behind a desk a lot.

Once you've done that then look into what your goals are. Either try and gain muscle or drop fat. It's possible to do both but IMO people who aim for the two and up getting very average results in both areas. Your BF% looks a little high but nothing too bad/unhealthy so again, just my opinion, but I'd go with a muscle building programme.

Read up all the stickies on the site to give you some advice on diet and programme development. You can find a list of them in the introductions section in a thread called 'where to start' or something like that

Cheers mate I actually have back problems due to a sports injury and when I have time I get it checked out and I do have a physical job and hardly sit behind a desk unless I am at home.

I will try to put muscle on cheers for the help mate.
