Hiya

Im new, I got here via the (probably infamous) 'leg dent thread'. I do all sorts of sport but I'm not really good at any of them. I do some tri, I like cycling long distances. I jog and swim. This summer ive learnt to wakeboard and I'm currently learning to kite surf, I also do yoga... And since 2days ago I have a little dent in my thigh that will hopefully will disappear very soon! Apart from that I'm keen to lose weight which just isn't happening for me for a LONG time already and hopefully this forum will give some good tips on more effective diet and exercise. It's nice to be here.
 
Welcome to the forum! Yes, that "leg muscle dent" thread is more popular than you'd expect. Although I'm not sure there are any really good answers to the problem.
