Hello everyone,
Just wanted to introduce myself. I decided about a month ago it was time to get out and lose some weight! So far I've knocked out 5 lbs and looking for 35 more to disappear. Looking forward to chatting with everyone. =) ~Craig
Starting Weight: 225
Current Weight: 220
Target Weight: 185
Height: 6'1"
Starting just this past week to keep track of calorie intake, i'm hanging around 2,000 - 2,800 range.
Also, going to the gym around 4-6 times a week. 30 minutes of weights first, then hour of cardio.
