Hello! As you've seen, I'm very new to the weight-loss forum.
Whoa! I don't know where to begin! Haha. I've always had a problem with my weight, and constantly worried. My body fat percentage is a little bit under 25%, however, I would like that to be lower.
I play center-defense for my high school soccer team, which requires much speed. I do have about 35-40 extra pounds of fat that I would like to lose--the healthy way, of course! I have several months before pre-season, and I want to improve before then. I guess you could say I'm striving to become "more" fit.
It'd be nice to meet other members from the forum!
