Hey guys my name is Jamie and im from exeter. I was in the Marines last year and after 3 months i left....... it was the worse decision i have ever made. Anyway a year later and i am going back into the Military.
I miss the lifestyle, the friends, the fitness, dear i say it, disciplin and everything else! This time around thought i am going for the Para's. Before i applied for the Royal Marines i was going to apply for the Para's but my family served with the Marines and persuaded me to go down that route. Now as i am more enthusiastic than ever i am doing what i want and what matters to me.

I have kept my fitness up and have a good workout plan that works very well for me i could post up.
