I'm hoping 2008 will be an injury free year as I look to improve my fitness and work on toning my body up.
I'm 43 next month, I don't feel to old to work out, I enjoy working with my weights in the house and regular sit ups are a daily excercise. However, I find running very very boring, and will be looking for advise throughout this forum on possible alternatives to running, good food intake, and general sound advise as I endeavour to make 2008 my healthiest / fittest year in a long while. Iv'e got the bug, help me sustain my hunger etc etc.
