Hiya everyone! :D

I joined this forum a while ago but never really made much use of it, so I might have introduced myself then, but I don't remember so I'm gonna say a new hello anyway. :p

So, i'm feeling pretty down and disgusting with my weight lately. It was last summer that I piled on the pounds and I've just continued to keep gaining weight since. I really do need to get a hold of this.

I'm 22 and feeling like i'm wasting my youth by worrying about my weight, which I have done since I was thirteen. I'm hoping that maybe I can get my body issues under control. I spend my life either binge eating or starving myself. I never do anything the right way, so this time I want to try and lose weight slowly and effectively which I know will be hard because I am addicted to crash dieting.

Anyway, good to be here. :auto: off to check out the forum.
 
Hi and welcome (or welcome back)! Good luck to you in your weight loss journey - there are plenty of threads here with great advice to help you lose weight healthily. :) I look forward to hearing more in the coming days!
 
Hi there! :waving: You sound a bit like me. I get distracted with life and fall off the diet only to one day look in the mirror and say "when in the world did that happen???". So...now I have added regular exercise into my life...not just for losing weight, but as a habit that I want to continue even after I lose this extra weight. I wish you the best!
