Hello there!

I've registered because I felt my loved ones need a bit of respite from me talking about weight loss, sometimes feel like I am doing everyones head in ;)

A bit about myself: I am 27, and moved to the UK 9 years ago. I was a size 10/12 when I came here, and being a bit homesick, starting shift work, and decidedly worse weather than home led to an unhealthy lifestyle of snacking and comfort eating. Basically went up from 65kg to 85kg - size 16 (I'm 5'9").
Last summer I decided I'd had enough and started calorie counting, and even managed to fit in a bit of gym when work allowed :) I have dropped down to 70kg in the last 8 months, so lost a bit over 2 stone, and am really proud - though would like to get back to 65kg before this summer, and maybe even get down to 60kg (my lowest adult weight).

Mainly coming here to maintain motivation, and also to pick up some helpful advice regarding loose skin and exercises to tone up my tummy. :)

Welcome to the forum.

If you're looking for tips on how to tighten your stomach, there's a section on the forum containing various exercises, descriptions, target areas, etc. You could always sift through them and see if you find any you like.

And, I see you live in North Yorkshire? Now, is that Yorkshire, as in the place where Yorkshire Pudding comes from?
