Hitting a plateau?

I was 260 down to 220 and it seems that i am not moving much.

Decreasing calories.
Have to be careful with exercise though because makes me hungrier and get suckes into thinking that since I exercised, I can eat more.

There is a fine line. Anyone else here as well?
 
Maybe your not drinking enough water and after a workout your thirsty rather than hungry? Try to make sure you drink plenty of water leading up to your exercise, during if possible, and of course more afterwards.

Also increase the amount of protein you eat in your meals, which will help make you fuller.
