Hi, new lady here. I have Turbo Jam and I love it! Unfortunately since I moved I haven't had room to do the exercises. If you're the kind of person who likes tae kwon do mixed with kickboxing, then you'll enjoy it. Just have plenty of water around. Personally I'm the kind of person who likes the high energy stuff compared to yoga or pilates, but to each their own.
With my Turbo Jam pack I got a booklet with meal plans in it. I'm not sure if that goes for all of the TJ packs or not. I didn't try the meal plans I just did my own thing. I did follow the daily plan for what group of exercises to do. Then it got to the point of I just customized everything for myself.
Don't let the 45 minute routine scare you. Once you get your 'second wind' you won't want to stop.
